By Anne Karppinen

Anne brought to Inkd a lovely, immersive tale of three people who weave their path and friendships through a volatile world.
A diplomat, a philosopher, and a poet start a revolution – then realise it might not be enough.
Under the sparks of a revolution, a diplomat, a philosopher, and a poet join to save themselves from the ensuing flames of a city ignited in protest. Hunted by the authorities who are quenching the rebellion, all their lives balance on working together to survive.
Ardelei, an unemployed diplomat mage, decides how to best use her potentially dangerous skills.
Her cousin Rondei, a philosopher and radical pamphleteer, must sacrifice her son’s freedom for her own.
Meropat, a free spirit and mutual friend, has been spending their creative energies recklessly, unwittingly aiding the revolution with their incendiary words.
Can the three work together to escape the inferno?
